FREE INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION
In this free introductory session, I work with you to help you discern
your current goals and then we determine the best course of action. Since
I am trained in different modalities, you and I can choose the one most
suitable to your needs. These sessions are 20 minutes long and can be
done in person or via the phone.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
We’ll work together to determine a regular weekly meeting time. My
hours are Monday through Thursday 8 - 6 pm. Please give 24 hours notice
if you need to cancel an appointment. No-shows are charged for the session
in full.
COUNSELING
My private practice standard fee is $95 per hour, due at time of service.
Extended session (90 minutes) are $140. I provide this option for those
that find they work best in longer sessions.
INSURANCE
My practice is primarily private pay; however some insurance policies will
cover your visits. If this is something you need, please let me know
when calling to schedule your first visit.
If you want to be reimbursed by your insurance company, first check that you have mental health benefits that cover treatment by an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I am happy to fill out a Health Insurance Claim Form for you to send to your insurance company.
EMERGENCIES
I check my voice mail daily (except for weekends and vacations), and will
return your call within the same business day. Be sure to mention good
times to reach you to make our contact efforts more successful. If you
feel a need to stay in closer contact than this let me know and we can
discuss other alternatives.

TELEPHONE SESSIONS
Face-to-face sessions are generally the most satisfactory for both of us.
However, phone sessions can be arranged if you’re traveling or otherwise
unable to make it to my office. This is a practical way to ensure ongoing
support and regularity in your personal work.
GROUPS
My standard fee for a two hour group experience is $190. This offers an
affordable alternative to personal growth and therapeutic experience, by
providing my services in a group setting. Depending on the number of participants,
these groups are generally $30-$40 per person.
WORKSHOPS & STUDY
GROUPS
I offer Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) workshops and study groups that
can be tailored to your needs. Workshops are usually day long and
the fee depends on the content and venue. Study groups are usually structured
within two hour slots. My charge is $220.00 for a two hour group experience.
Depending on the number of participants, these groups are generally $35-$45
per person.
